Terms & Conditions — Love Psychic Indi

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Love Psychic Indi mobile app and website (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

2. Nature of our services — important disclaimer

Astrology, tarot, numerology, psychic and spiritual‑guidance content and sessions are provided for guidance, self‑reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other qualified advice.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical/psychological condition, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome or result. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for medical, mental‑health, legal, or financial matters. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on any content or session.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must not share your account or use another person's account.

4. Bookings, purchases & payments

Consultation sessions (chat, voice, video, in‑person) are real‑world services delivered by the consultant. Payment for these is handled through our payment partners (Razorpay, Cashfree, and where available PayPal).
Digital products (courses and e‑books) purchased through the mobile app are billed via the app store's official billing system where required by the app store's policies.
Prices are shown before you confirm. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge the amount shown.

5. Cancellations & refunds

You may request to reschedule or cancel a consultation before it begins, subject to the timing shown at booking. Once a live session has started, it is generally non‑refundable.
Digital courses/e‑books are delivered instantly and are generally non‑refundable once accessed, except where required by law or the app store's policy.
To request a refund, email help@lovepsychicindi.com with your booking/order reference. We review requests fairly and in line with applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Services unlawfully; harass, abuse, or threaten the consultant or staff; record sessions without consent; upload harmful or infringing content; attempt to breach security; or resell the Services. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content, courses, e‑books, designs, and trademarks in the Services are owned by Love Psychic Indi or our licensors. When you buy a course or e‑book you receive a personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive licence for your own use only. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell it.

8. Third‑party services

The Services rely on third parties (Google Firebase, Agora, Razorpay, Cashfree, OneSignal, and others). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time (see Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our jurisdiction area in Noida, India.
