Delete Your Account — Love Psychic Indi

This page explains how to request deletion of your Love Psychic Indi account and the personal data associated with it, as required by the Google Play Store.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the Love Psychic Indi app and sign in.
Go to Profile.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and personal data will be scheduled for deletion.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Send an email to help@lovepsychicindi.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and process the request.

What we may keep (and for how long)

For legal, tax, accounting, and fraud‑prevention reasons we may retain a limited record of completed transactions (order reference, amount, date) for the period required by applicable law (typically up to 7 years). These records are kept secure and are not used to contact or profile you.

How long deletion takes

Your account is deactivated immediately on request, and personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except the limited records described above.
